All man-made damage, such as connecting to inadequate power, failure to follow the instructions for use, damage caused by maintenance or modification not approved of by this company, wrongful use or negligence, or damage caused by disasters, invalidate warranty services immediately. The warranty is only valid for the original buyer and cannot be transferred. Some shipping rates may be applied. In many cases we do not need the product returned to us and can handle your warranty claim with photos. If we require that you return the product back to us shipping is at the expense of the buyer. There are no exclusions to this policy. All shipments are tested before leaving our facility.
